Individual coaching is for clients who want focused one-on-one attention or who have a specific health concern.
Through a series of sessions, you are guided step-by-step to achieve your health goals. You will also be supported through emails, check ins, recipes and resources. Initial sessions are an opportunity for you to experience how coaching works; and an opportunity for me to really understand what is going on for you and how I can help. In the initial session, we will go through your health history, your current eating habits and lifestyle, and your health goals. And we’ll get you started right away with specific action steps.
Sessions typically last 1 1/2 hours. If you decide you would like to work together further, we can discuss a program that would work for you.
