Individual coaching is for clients who want focused, one-on-one attention or who have a specific health concern.  

 

Through a series of sessions, you are guided, step-by-step, to achieve your health goals. You will also be supported through emails, check ins, recipes and resources. 

 

If you think you might be interested in individual coaching, the first step is to set up an initial consultation session with health coach, Christy Meyers.

Initial sessions are an opportunity for you to experience how coaching works, and a chance for me to understand how I can help. At the initial session, we will go through your health history, your current eating habits and lifestyle, and your health goals. And we’ll get you started right away with specific action steps.

 

Sessions typically last 1 1/2 hours. If you wish to continue, we can discuss a series of sessions or a program that works for you.
